Financial Clarity for Creative Minds
We started zorimavexito in 2019 because creative businesses deserve financial partners who actually understand their world. Not spreadsheet robots, but people who get why your revenue looks different each quarter and why traditional banking advice often misses the mark.
How We Got Here
Back in 2018, our founder was working with a design agency that nearly folded because their accountant couldn't grasp project-based income flows. That moment sparked something. Why wasn't anyone building financial services specifically for creative businesses?
So we did. Started small in Frenchs Forest, working with local studios and agencies. Learned what actually matters when your clients pay in instalments and your biggest expense is talent. Built systems that flex with creative cycles rather than fight against them.
By 2022, we'd refined an approach that treats creative revenue patterns as features, not bugs. Now we work with over 60 creative enterprises across Sydney and beyond, from solo consultants to mid-sized agencies.

What Drives Our Work
These aren't poster values. They're the principles that shape every client conversation and every piece of advice we give.
Straight Talk
Financial jargon creates distance. We explain things in plain language because understanding your money shouldn't require a finance degree.
Adaptive Systems
Creative businesses don't run on fixed schedules. Our frameworks bend with project timelines and seasonal shifts rather than imposing rigid structures.
Long Game Focus
Quick fixes rarely last. We build financial foundations that support sustainable growth, even when that means having uncomfortable conversations early.
The People Behind the Advice
Small team, intentionally. We stay lean so every client gets direct access to senior consultants who know their situation deeply.

Our Approach to Creative Finance
Traditional financial advice assumes predictable income and standard expense categories. Creative businesses break those assumptions. A design studio might invoice six months of work in one quarter. A consultancy might have three months of low revenue followed by a major contract.
We've built frameworks that accommodate this reality. Our cash flow models account for project payment schedules. Our expense tracking recognizes that freelancer costs fluctuate. Our planning processes sync with how creative work actually happens.
- Project-based revenue forecasting that reflects actual client payment patterns
- Expense management systems designed for variable staffing and subcontractor costs
- Tax planning that adapts to creative business income cycles
- Growth strategies that preserve the flexibility creative work demands
